My legal education taught me structure and rigour. Experience taught me something just as important: behind every business, every decision and every risk, there are people.

We often live as though growth must mean moving faster, producing more and earning more—as though stopping to ask what we need, what we want to protect or what kind of company we want to build were a luxury.

MÖNLAM was born from precisely that question.

I believe in growth: in ambition, building, creating value and making a business profitable. But I also believe growth loses meaning if achieving it means sacrificing peace of mind, harming others or moving away from what we originally set out to build.

Sometimes the problem is not a lack of effort. Sometimes what is missing is time to look, a different perspective or someone to help organise what has become difficult to see from within.

That is where we want to be.

Not to decide for you, but to help you understand what lies ahead, make the consequences visible and find a sustainable way forward.

Because growth can also mean greater clarity, awareness and the confidence of knowing why you are making each decision.

That same conviction also guides my interest in technology and artificial intelligence. I am interested in exploring how we can build tools that help organisations better understand their decisions, anticipate consequences, and preserve something essential: the human capacity to deliberate, choose, and take responsibility.
